I work with clients who are finding their daily life is disrupted by anxiety, low mood, behaviour issues, interpersonal issues, negative thoughts, feelings of loneliness, grief, regret and many other presenting concerns. Together we tackle the various stumbling blocks that sometimes arise on life’s journey in order to help them feel more calm, more connected, more joyful and have a renewed sense of purpose. We often find clarity and deeper understanding of where they've been, where they're going and who they want to be on the journey.
With genuine caring, nonjudgmental acceptance and sometimes a little bit of humour, we work collaboratively to establish goals and identify stuck areas that need extra attention and care. I use an integrated, person centered and insight-oriented approach to assist clients.
