As an inclusion teacher and counsellor, I work with youth and adults with attachment disorders, neurodiversity, behaviour and communication challenges, trauma, and anxiety. I am guided by a trauma-informed approach, integrating cognitive behaviour therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centred modalities to counselling relationships.
I bring a compassionate, calm energy to my work in an adaptable framework, knowing each person has their own unique needs. It takes great strength to reach out for counselling, and I respect that vulnerability by providing a safe and non-judgmental space.
