Our counselling and psychotherapy practice focuses primarily on providing a safe and conducive environment for personal growth and change for people in all different stages of life. We are committed to helping clients explore and discover dynamics and patterns that may get in the way of desired change, all the while maintaining a strong and meaningful therapeutic relationship. Our training and experience is primarily with youth and adults facing challenges related to anxiety, stress, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, grief & loss, self-worth, challenging life transitions, relationship/couple's difficulties.
We are Licensed Counselling Therapists (LCT) with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick, as well as a Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
