I believe the willingness to reflect and explore one’s inner experience is a key foundation to healing and change. However, it can be challenging to open up and be vulnerable in beginning this process, and I want to acknowledge the courage it took for you to take this first step toward your healing and personal growth. Through a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship, I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment to foster self-exploration, awareness, and self-compassion. I use an integrative, client centered approach, and strive to empower all my clients to be active participants in their own journey.
I have experience working with eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. I also have a special interest in mental health in sport, blending my clinical experience with my own background in sport to provide specialized treatment approaches in my work with both former and current athletes.
I strive to create an individualized treatment process to best fit your unique needs, to explore what might be keeping you stuck, how past experiences may be impacting you in the present, and shedding light on unhelpful beliefs and thought patterns that may no longer be serving you.
