I am a person-centered therapist who works with adults, adolescents, and couples using Narrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy and The Gottman Method. I have training with grief including pregnancy and infant loss. I provide a safe, non judgmental place for clients to share their story to move toward greater health.
