I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to support your healing & growth. I have received formal education in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, & Funeral Service Education, and hold certifications in hypnotherapy & life coaching. I incorporate a trauma-informed approach with clients & work with people from diverse cultures, faiths, and lived experiences.
