Deciding to work with a psychotherapist and somatic practitioner is a courageous step towards understanding yourself and getting to the roots of what may be troubling you. As a somatic, co-regulating touch bodywork for trauma therapist, I will help you understand your relational and emotional patterns - the feelings you experience in your body, within your relationships and in social situations. We will make sense of difficult feelings such as anxiety, anger, or sadness, that might otherwise isolate or overwhelm you.
With compassionate curiosity, we will focus on your experience of life - how it feels in your body, mind and heart. By opening yourself to new awareness, you will begin to understand yourself more clearly, process and heal trauma held in your body, strengthen your relationships with others, and experience more consistent feelings of well-being in your life.
