Trauma, grief and pain can be overwhelming to deal with alone. Connections are built when you can be heard without prejudice or judgment. Once a strong therapeutic connection is established, healing can begin.
I have a unique background, having moved here from the Philippines with my family when I was 15 years old. I am happy to conduct sessions in both English and Tagalog. I am also a veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force. I have worked in a community resource centre since 2022.
I have experience working with children, adolescents and families struggling with socioeconomic oppression and intergenerational trauma. I hope to use my skills to support your healing and growth. You do not have to work through your challenges alone; I am here to work with you.
