Hi, my name is Kim Michael, and welcome to my practice. I have completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology (MACP). I am also a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Through my own personal life experiences, I built an awareness and understanding early on of how the human psyche works, and how external factors play a significant role in impacting one’s life. I look forward to using my expertise to understand your concerns and connect therapeutically with you to offer a judgment-free, safe space where your safety, privacy, and confidentiality are paramount.
I use various evidence-based treatments like CBT, SFT, DBT, and ACT to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, grief, trauma, women's issues, and other mental health concerns. My practice also reflects my unique skills of using Hypnotherapy to achieve a deeper path of healing, overall well-being, and self-discovery.
