Hi! I’m Kiera. I’m a Registered Social Worker (BSW) with a background in gender studies, abortion, and sexual wellness. I provide one-time or ongoing support around the experience of abortion for individuals and relationships. This includes all options decision-making, pre-appointment, and post-abortion support for anyone who feels they may benefit. Having worked in abortion care, I felt passionately about addressing the lack of support services! I also offer general relational and sexual wellness support, helping you to navigate conflict in respectful and productive ways to foster safety and connection in your relationships.
I provide a compassionate, nurturing, non-judgemental, and collaborative space where your thoughts and feelings are witnessed so that we can connect with, sort through them, and uncover patterns together. I embrace a peer support approach, seeing each person as a teacher in their own right and empowering you to trust your own inner wisdom.
Making a decision around pregnancy can feel overwhelming with all the complexities, nuances, and conflicting feelings. Trust that you are making the best choice for youself in this moment, no matter what that might be. Please reach out if you'd like to work with me - I'd love to support you on your journey. <3
