I am a client centred, culturally sensitive, trauma informed counsellor who practices solution focused, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Grief Treatment, Existential, ERP, and Eye Movement Reprocessing Desensitization (EMDR). I believe in creating a warm and caring working relationship with my clients.
I am an inclusive person and I have studied First Nations history and culture at University nuhelot’įne thaiyots’į nistameyimâkanak Blue Quills. I completed my practicum at The Family Centre and the Pride Centre Edmonton. My goal is to help my clients feel understood and safe, while working on helping my clients reach their mental health goals.
