I am a mother to 2 children and have specialized training in perinatal mental health & supporting individuals through the highs and lows of parenthood. Whether it is difficult emotions, managing relationships, dealing with stress & overwhelm, life changes & transitions, struggling with identity & role strain, or grief & loss - I am here to walk alongside you, no matter where you are on your journey.
