I consider myself a generalist as I love to work with varying ages and different dynamics of people. My areas of high interest include: Depression and Mood, Anxiety and Overwhelm, Family and Relationship Difficulties, Self-Awareness, Stress and Burnout, and ADHD. I take a relational approach to therapy and believe that the client/therapist connection is essential in cultivating meaningful change for the client.
I am a passionate counsellor who is dedicated to helping clients improve their mental well-being and cultivate self-awareness. My passion for connection, embodiment, and presence is evident in my work with clients from all walks of life. I am able to consistently provide empathy and understanding to my clients, and meet them where they are at.
