I have been working in the field of psychotherapy for almost 4 years. I am passionate about providing a service that allows me to see clients cognitive, emotional and physical changes by providing a safe, non-judgmental, empowerment and encouraging space. I enjoy working with those who are experiencing severe to mild anxiety, depression, grief, relationship, family conflict, stress, self-esteem issues and etc. I appreciate working with those who feel they ready for therapy as I have observed the progress they made by simply showing up to every session with a willingness to learn and grow. I offer both long and short- term therapy.
Dear potential clients, if you are reading this you have taken the first step towards change. In therapy, I ground clients into reality by providing insights about the world we are living in today and its role in creating and maintaining your presenting issues. What I am offering you is knowledge to bring about the changes you want to see in your life.
I believe in client's ability to bring about positive changes. My modalities of focus include Psychodynamic therapy, CBT, Trauma-informed therapy and Adlerian therapy to help clients restructure thoughts, regulate emotions and understand any presenting concerns they bring to therapy in a warm and nurturing environment to meet their needs and goals.
