Do you want to grow in life? I believe that wisdom and creativity emerge through openness, curiosity, and reflection on your authentic experience. Usually when we experience difficulty in life, we do our best to adapt. We might push away our pain or attempt to mentally escape our situation. This may help in the short term, but our deeper unresolved issues often resurface in confusing or distressing experiences. We can find ourselves in patterns of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or confused. These patterns are not just random occurrences but meaningful signals that something needs more attention.
I offer long-term psychotherapy and personal accompaniment through life's ups and downs. My role as a therapist is to help you open to your inner life, your complex feelings, and your own unique way forward. I graduated from a unique six year program in psychodynamic psychotherapy that emphasized the importance of personal growth and the value of reflection.
My view is that mental well-being comes through accessing and integrating our diverse inner experiences. We grow through the experience of getting to know ourselves more holistically, and through authentic connections with other human beings, where we feel seen and real. It is about authentic connection - with others and within ourselves.
