I strive to create a safe, inclusive and comfortable environment for all my clients with a person-centered approach. I believe that individuals possess a great deal of resiliency, and I hope to support clients by building on the unique strengths and resources you already have. Working through difficult emotions and experiences can feel scary to do on one’s own. I hope to be a trusting and helpful voice to walk along this journey with you, provide new perspectives and skills, and work towards personal growth and a fulfilling life for each client. Everyone moves at their own pace and I am ready to meet you where you are at.
I am currently working with children, adolescents, adults and seniors who have or are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, family violence, behavioural concerns or those who are simply looking to lead a more satisfying life.
I incorporate a trauma-informed approach, which allows for compassionately acknowledging how our past experiences often influence our thoughts, actions and relationships.
