Sometimes we get stuck in our story and feel like we're spinning our wheels, unable to get going again. Trauma and past woundings seem to hold us back from engaging with life. I've sure felt this way. And I'm here to let you know that your story matters - and that YOU matter. Whether your struggles are showing up as anxiety, depression, attachment issues, etc., I strive to create an environment where you can show up just as you are so that you can begin to feel safe and understood to begin unpacking your experience. And maybe, just maybe, move towards different patterns and acceptance!

I provide support by creating a safe space where you are heard and understood. In a non-judgmental environment, we look at your story to uncover and process how you feel and how you want things to be different. With experiential therapy modalities, we will get down to the root of your concerns and collaborate on ways you can process and begin healing.

I support individuals and couples. I help clients with trauma, life transitions, anxiety, relationship concerns, narcissistic abuse, hair loss, and low self-esteem. I focus on supporting folks to connect with their inner wisdom to begin shifting the narrative of their lives. I use an integrative approach and am an EMDR-trained therapist (w/ consultation).
