Hi, I'm Kelsey Donald a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) working with children, adolescents, and adults at MindFit, a leading psychology clinic (or as we prefer to say, "mental health gym"). I specialize in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, body-focused repetitive behaviours (e.g., skin-picking, hair-pulling), low mood/depression, emotion-regulation challenges (e.g., anger, frustration), low self-esteem, adjustment to major life changes, interpersonal challenges, and substance use
