Hi There! Are you ready to dive deep? Are you ready to make changes in your life? I offer a respectful safe space with a wealth of life and professional experience to draw upon. I value authenticity, transparency and pace the therapuetic process to suit your needs and goals. As one of my colleagues recently commented after observing me in a practice session: I offer "palpable unconditional positive regard." If you are ready to be seen, heard and make change, I am here for you.
I have a myriad of my own life experiences coupled with plenty of my own therapuetic explorations and almost 25 years as a Registered Social Worker. My primary influences are from narrative therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, CI (Gabor Mate), IFS. For couples/families: Terry Real & EFT. I strive to create a safe space for you to self explore and heal.
One thing consistent about life is change. Sometimes we resist change, sometimes changes comes so strongly we have completely lost our bearings; when we become brave and truly engage life, we choose change and navigate the unchoosen changes like a masterful sailor. I have 'sailed' many seas and I can help you master your ship.
