I am a trauma-informed, person-centred counsellor who provides a safe, judgement-free environment to explore strengths and support change. I have experience supporting individuals (16+) with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, eating issues, body image and/or self-esteem concerns, sexual and gender identity, relationship issues, grief, trauma, transitions, and more. With Your Consent, my sessions are often attended by Buffy the Therapy Dog.

As an eclectic therapist I draw from numerous therapeutic approaches to best serve my clients, including CBT, narrative/constructivist approaches, ACT, solutions-focused, mindfulness and more.
