If you struggle with relationships, grief and loss, major life change, relational trauma, health related challenges, spiritual issues, or feeling stuck, you may want to choose me as your therapist. I especially understand the needs of those providing care to others--caregivers, first responders, teachers, faith leaders, and health professionals. I also provide individual and dyadic supervision, whether you are a Qualifying RP or someone further along. Group supervision (6-8 individuals) is also available. Sessions currently take place over Zoom.
I work with individuals drawing from a variety of therapy styles such as narrative, spiritually-integrated, somatic, humanistic approaches, etc., all through a trauma-informed and neuroscience-informed lens. I respect and welcome all people without judgement. We will work together to uncover your strengths to find answers to the challenges in your life.
I so appreciate the courage it takes to reach out and start a new therapeutic relationship. It can feel like a lot when you aren't sure what to expect. Know that I will try to make this process as easy as it can be for you and provide a judgement free zone to come and share your story as we work together toward your better life!
