Congratulations on taking the first step toward a happier, healthier, you! Reaching out is sometimes the hardest part. Are you experiencing low mood, loss of energy, anxiousness, or hopelessness? Do you have difficulty facing situations, people, and places? Are you experiencing feelings of guilt, shame, or worthlessness? Having difficulties with relationships in your life? What about hardships or crises and are need a safe space to heal from these experiences? My hope is to walk alongside you on your journey, and help you process and work through these issues so you can achieve your goals and get to where you want to be.

I've been a Clinical Social Worker for 13 years and worked in the Human Services field for 5 years prior to that. My studies include a masters degree in Mental Health & Health social work. I am fully trained in CBT, DBT, EMRD, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and ERP for OCD.

I work from a client-centered approach (meaning you take the lead of what your needs are and what direction to go). I offer in-person, phone, and video sessions (all secure, encrypted, and PIPEDA compliant). Sessions are available some mornings, afternoons, and evenings during the week.
