My work is client-centered and collaborative. In my practice I strive to offer practical tools and compassionate care to help people better connect with themselves and find solutions for their struggles be it with life transitions, relationships or career. I work with a lot of highly successful people struggling with stress and mood and help them foster growth, empowerment and fulfillment in their lives.
I have worked in the helping profession for almost two decades. This gives me a broad range of professional experience that I can bring to aid me in my work. I have experience with mild to moderate mental health issues and can help clients challenge negative thought and behaviour patterns for healthier functioning.
In my practice I strive to create a safe and compassionate environment to help people find meaning and joy in their relationships - with themselves and others.
