I start off by investing the ‘why’ to your patterns, we learn what is getting in the way of you naturally meeting your goals, and then we work towards retraining your brain from using dysfunctional and unproductive responses to ones that are purposeful and helpful!
In my work with children, I first work towards establishing a strong rapport through play, exploration, and via indulging in their interests. We then work together to learn about their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours and tools we can then use to foster independence in their problem solving and emotional regulation.
