I am also committed to understanding the truth of intersectionality and cultural competency in my treatment plan.
A lot of my approach is supported by an evidence based practice called, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). The process of being able to dive deep into our thoughts can be difficult, but it is possible. I am also faith based (Christian) so having a space to pray, and get into scripture is always welcome.
