I am a highly empathetic therapist. I am passionate about helping my clients to improve their mental health and well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to create a path towards their healing. I have two separate designations I am proudly a Registered Social Worker (holds a BA in Psychology & Honors Degree in SW) and a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I also hold an advanced diploma in child and youth work. I believe that therapy can be a tool to foster, self-acceptance and compassion.

My therapeutic approach is building a genuine connection. It's imperative for me to offer a warm, non-judgemental, and safe space where you feel not only heard but valued as well. I believe you are the expert of your experience. I always use a trauma informed, strength-based and person-centered approach. I place you at the heart of your healing journey.
