For 20+ years, I've supported clients struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, depression, anger, attachment disruption, trauma and family related difficulties. I use EMDR, DBT, supportive counselling techniques and advocacy, along with mindfulness techniques and solution-focused brief therapy, all while focusing on family and individual strengths.
My aim is to provide a calm and safe space where I can really get to know you. My approach is supportive and non-judgmental. I will meet you where you are at with your goals. My hope is that we can work together as you navigate your personal growth and achieve a greater sense of peace and well-being.
