I have extensive experience in community and mental health settings and offer therapeutic services in both English and Spanish. I work with individuals, couples, and families to identify their counselling goals and help them achieve those goals in a strengths-based, non-judgmental and empathetic manner.
My areas of speciality include disability, Autism, parent-child conflict, family discord, relationship issues, trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and stress management. I tailor my counselling approach to meet the developmental needs of my clients and am EMDR trained.
