As a trauma-informed therapist, my approach is always tailored to your unique needs and intersecting identities. I integrate Internal Family Systems, AEDP, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR in my practice. My areas of practice include relational and developmental trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, and religious/spiritual trauma.
