Reaching out for support can be daunting and I work to make the process as easy as possible. As a relationship specialist, I support individuals, couples and families to develop meaningful, satisfying connections with themselves and others. I often support individuals and couples navigating life transitions, parenthood, infertility, pregnancy loss, responses to trauma and feelings of anxiety and depression. My work with individuals, couples and families often involves developing a deeper understanding of emotional experiences, rebuilding relationships to self and others, communicating emotional needs, healing from traumatic events and changing long-standing patterns.
