I do not believe that people are defined by their behaviours. We are complex beings with different facets that make us whole. We also play diverse roles: sometimes, these roles and the behaviors that accompany them help us achieve what we want in life, and sometimes they hinder us from reaching our full potential.
I have experience working with people who are facing addiction, eating disorders, trauma, and other stressors from everyday life. Although the journey to healing will look differently for each individual, I am a firm believer in healing the root cause of unhappiness and pain rather than simply managing the symptoms.
