Sometimes life can feel as though you're on a roller coaster. It's filled with unexpected events, which can be difficult to manage. Without the right supports, we can become overwhelmed and these issues can become challenging to navigate. They can even result in feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, grief and guilt. Since 2015 I have been providing counselling and therapy services to individuals in Fredericton and surrounding areas, and I would be happy to provide you with a consultation to discuss how I could support you.
By working together, we will find the best evidence-based approach to help you and/or your family. Over the years I have taken intensive training in various therapeutic models including: dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT).
Available services include: individual counselling and therapy for children, youth and adults, as well as parenting support. Services are available in-person in Fredericton, and virtually across the province of New Brunswick.
