I help adults struggling with their mental health achieve more peace and less chaos. I have over ten years experience counselling people with trauma, addiction, and mental illness. I now serve clients in community in private practice helping people find their way home to their most authentic selves. I am a graduate of the two year Hakomi Psychosomatic Therapist training program and I am currently finishing my Master's of Counselling Psychology to further my practice. I specialize in attachment injuries, complex trauma (CPTSD), addiction, and anxiety/depression.
After over ten years working with mental illness and addiction, studying trauma, and embodying the role of a safe attachment figure, I have been able to help people treat themselves with more compassion, empathy, and help them heal their inner wounded (often younger) parts by following the wisdom of the body.
