Katie’s trauma-informed approach recognizes the pervasive impact of trauma and integrates this awareness into every aspect of care, fostering self compassion, safety, and empowerment.
Katie uses parts work (IFS) to uncover and hold compassionate space for suppressed emotions that underlie protective patterns. Drawing from emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Katie helps you explore the connections between your past experiences and present relationships. You'll also learn somatic practices to regulate your nervous system and find balance.
