I am passionate about supporting children (7+), teens, and adults who experience anxiety, stress, low mood, feeling lost, overwhelmed, and life transitions. I am sensitive and affirming to individuals who identify as highly sensitive or neurodiverse (ex., ADHD). I support individuals struggling with parent-child attachment, relationship-attachments, communication challenges, relationship breakdowns, emotion regulation, self-esteem issues, intimate partner violence, and addictions.
I provide a non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable environment for my clients as part of my therapeutic process so each client can achieve a unique set of goals.
Through active listening, patience, and compassion, together, we can create a quiet space to connect, discover core values, and work through challenges.
