My name is Kathryn Sclisizzi and I have been in the field of helping others for over 18 years. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a degree in Psychology, as well as a Child and Youth Worker diploma. I work with individuals (ages 18 and up), helping them develop skills to manage and cope, so that they can begin to live their best life, feeling confident and secure.
For over 11 years, I have worked with individuals who are struggling with issues related to body image and eating, while also focusing on other concerns that keep them from feeling whole, accepted and accomplished. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, self-esteem and confidence issues, and relationship issues.
My goal is to work with individuals, helping them realize that they hold the potential and strength within to create goals and succeed in life, by providing support, encouragement and challenging any limited beliefs.
