I use modern modalities, such as, Polyvagal Theory and Brainspotting. These modalities pinpoint, process and release deep emotion, stress & trauma that may be stored in your system and keeping you from living the way you would like. I also use empirically proven talk therapies like CBT and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and psychodynamic methods.
