I work with individuals and families of all ages, ethnicities, cultures, and religions. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and dialectical behavioural therapy. I'm available to provide face to face counselling, telephone counselling and video counselling.
