I work with clients to ensure that they are receiving the care that works with their unique goals, and that they feel witnessed through their journey. I work with clients, from youths to adults, who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, sex and intimacy challenges, and interpersonal relationship issues. My aim is to support and guide clients using a mind-body approach that cultivates more depth from their self-reflection and emotional processing. I approach this work with openness, and aim to create a safe and brave space where these stories are both held and heard.
I believe that there is power in how people shape their stories, and that we can derive meaning from their telling. I aim to support and guide through the use of a range of techniques from Somatic Therapies, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy and EMDR.
The co-creation of a therapeutic relationship that allows for you to feel heard, understood and validated is my goal. My hope is that we can collaborate with compassion, and create opportunities to focus on your unique healing journey. All of our stories matter, and I want to create a space for yours to be heard.
