I will help you navigate the labyrinth of how and why you think and behave in the ways you do to open up new pathways for living more fully.
I am a seasoned therapist with over 18 years in full-time practice. I have honed my skills and insight over many years of contemplation and experience. I also have a dedicated spiritual practice and have worked with/studied with some of the most profound teachers and mentors to transform myself into as clear and loving a mirror as possible.
