Welcome! As a queer therapist and artist, I’m guided by my mixed English, Irish, Franco-Ontarian, and Anishinaabe ancestry. I would be honoured to walk with you on your journey, offering a supportive, open, and empathetic environment for exploring your experiences and inherent wisdom. My practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered. Whether you're navigating overwhelming emotions, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, substance use, or mood disorders, my commitment is to create a compassionate and safe space for untangling these challenges.
I utilize a range of therapeutic methods including attachment theory, arts, and body-based techniques, and Internal Family Systems to offer integrated culturally safe support. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Toronto specializing in Indigenous Trauma and Resiliency, and trained at Women's College Hospital in the Trauma Therapy Program.
I hope to journey with you on your path towards wholistic well-being. I am deeply committed to honouring the stories we carry through the decolonization of body, mind and spirit. I hope to co-create a space with you where you feel seen, heard, and valued, and where together we can explore and understand the rich tapestry of your experiences.
