My workplaces have included various children’s mental health organizations, family violence shelters, and community service organizations. I will always work from an anti-oppressive and strengths based perspective with a firm belief that you already have much of what you need to heal and lead a meaningful life.
I provide an integrative approach that is guided by evidence-based practice. This practice incorporates components of narrative therapy, CBT, and mindfulness based self- compassion. My work is informed by extensive working knowledge of attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology.
My passion comes from the privilege of having worked with people across the lifespan. I have witnessed individuals heal and make lasting healthy changes in their lives.
