My names Kate, and I identify as cisgender, pansexual and neurodivergent. I am accepting client's from Nova Scotia, Ontario, BC, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, NWT and Newfoundland and Labrador. I am currently completing my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. As an intern I am currently offering a significantly reduced rate at $50 per session.
I tend to take an eclectic approach but lean towards the use of Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapy. I ground my practice in critical feminism, and am oriented towards anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices.
I strive to create a warm and judgement free space, where all are welcome and safe. I enjoy collaboratively finding your strengths and am a strong believer in the power of spending time in nature and with pets.
