Maybe you are struggling with anxiety and depression, working on building self-confidence, looking to heal past trauma, facing challenges in your relationships, or just needing a space to talk. I welcome individuals who are seeking therapy for many reasons, and together we will decide what you need to feel supported. Therapy is a place to talk freely without judgment, to be heard and validated, and to feel less alone. It can also be a space to gain tools to help understand your emotions and feel more resourced in times of stress. Therapy can also be a space to heal deep wounds and to process the impacts of past painful experiences.
My approach is emotion-focused and trauma informed, and draws from parts work, attachment theory, and somatic therapies. At the centre of my work is compassion, and I hope to offer each client the opportunity to accept parts of themselves they haven't been able to before.
You can expect to be met with a gentle and non-judgmental approach. I aim to connect with clients through curiosity, grounded in my belief that all parts of ourselves are good and exist for a reason. My hope is that we can build a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship in which you will feel safe to show up and be seen.
