We all experience times in our lives when we struggle, whether it be with mental health, relationships challenges, life transitions or a lack of purpose. We need to be gentle with ourselves and give ourselves grace as we move through the different stages of our lives. Sometimes it feels messy, and collaboration can help us to make sense of it. From an attachment-based and trauma-informed perspective, I will help you work through your circumstance and move forward in a way that is healthy for you.
I see adolescents and adults for counselling (individuals, couples and families), ADHD and mental health assessment. I see children for ADHD, psycho-educational, and mental health assessment, and provide parent coaching/consultation for concerns with children.
I have expertise working with OCD. I have worked extensively with children on the autism spectrum with comorbid mental health concerns. I also have further training in working with addiction, personality disorders, and moms in the prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum period. I am excited to also offer supervision for provisional psychologists.
