I think it's safe to say that we are all living through a moment of profound uncertainty, with heightened feelings of anxiety, depression and isolation. My hope is that, together, we can help you reclaim a sense of connection with yourself and your community, reconnect with experiences of joy and pleasure, and move through and integrate painful emotions and past experiences.
I am a Clinical Psychologist also working at the trauma-focused therapy program at the Jewish General. As a trauma therapist, I work from an intersectional, feminist, anti-oppressive, and anti-colonial perspective. My approach is holistic and integrates body, mind and emotions to help people to better align their lives with their goals, needs & values.
We will work collaboratively to determine therapy goals and take steps towards change and achieving those goals. My stance is client-centered & strengths-based and firmly situates you the client as the expert on you! I look forward to hearing from you and accompanying you on this healing journey.
