Hello! I'm Kastin (they/them) an MSW psychotherapist and board-certified music therapist (BC-MT). As a non-binary individual, I have a personal understanding of the unique challenges and needs of the 2S-LGBTQIA+ community, as well as the importance of queer joy! Providing gender-affirming care and support to the community is not just a professional commitment but a deeply personal one. I also work with autistic individuals, folks with disabilities, and those who identify as neurodivergent. I love working with diverse folks of all ages, from kids as young as 3 years old to teenagers or adults, I am here to help!
Aside from my Master of Social Work, I completed a graduate certificate in gender-affirming care, a Bachelor of Music Therapy, and am a board-certified music therapist (BC-MT). I am a firm believer that connection to oneself can be achieved through various means and am here to hold space and honour your needs.
Therapy can seem scary and daunting - but it doesn’t have to be. Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or looking for general personal growth, I am here to support you, meet you where you’re at and help you move through some of life’s challenges. Looking forward to meeting you!
