Hello, my name is Kassie. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) & Canadian Certified Counsellor, I specialize in helping clients who may feel lost, burnt-out, overwhelmed by life, absorbed by grief, or stuck in comparison with others or where they thought they would be. I believe that change is possible, but creating a space to be heard and seen is invaluable in that process. I strive to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
An area I hold very close is working with those in helping professions who may be unsure where to turn for support. This includes therapists, teachers and frontline workers who may be experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, a decreased sense of accomplishment, disconnection, or struggling with unmet expectations in their personal and professional lives.
