*I am currently accepting new clients, both in person and online.* My passion is working with individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship issues. I believe that many of our current challenges are rooted in our past and that by uncovering and working through our past relationship difficulties, including attachment and abandonment injuries, we can begin to heal. I love working with clients who are wanting to make changes in their lives by digging deep and working to address whatever issues they are facing.
I work from a client-centred, collaborative, holistic approach and believe that healing involves addressing the interconnection between mind, body and brain. My goal is to create a safe, trusting, non-judgmental space and to walk alongside my clients as they explore and discover new ways of working through whatever challenges they are facing.
Sometimes the hardest thing about counselling is asking for help. As a counsellor, it is my greatest joy to meet people where they are at, and with compassion and understanding, help them to work through whatever difficulties they are going through... stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief or loss.
