Navigating the struggles of the human experience is not easy. Traumatic events, times of stress, life transitions, grief, loss, and change can be unsettling and feel overwhelming at times. With support, these situations can offer opportunities for growth and transformation. We can work together to re-establish strengths and face challenges through compassionate, client-centred, non-judgemental, collaborative goal-setting, skill development, and meaning-making.
I work collaboratively with clients from a client-centred, trauma-informed approach grounded in a culturally responsive perspective. I have received training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBT PE), MED-DBT and CBT-E (for eating disorders), and I am a certified Cognitive Processing Therapy provider (CPT for trauma/PTSD).
I welcome the opportunity to connect with you over a free 15 consult.
